This is a grade II listed building located in Dorking, Surrey. The building is Georgian in design, however the original main front elevation is now the rear elevation of the property. Liberty Rose Architects worked closely with the client to develop design options for the extension of the building to both the side and rear, to enable access from the ground floor into the garden and to improve parking arrangements with the potential of adding a side annex to the property. In order to develop designs Liberty Rose Architects carried out research into the history of the building and understood its original design and historical alterations.
