Farm Buildings Feasibility Study

This site is an example of an early 19th century farm, and is a good illustrative example of a period of ‘agricultural revolution’ and the design of farms at this period in time. However this site is now a residential dwelling and is therefore no longer a working farm. Therefore the buildings are at risk of becoming redundant, neglected and eventually no longer existing.

Therefore it is important to review the current owners requirements and adapt the farm outbuildings to meet their requirements, ensuring that the buildings are used and maintained, securing their future.

Liberty Rose Architects worked closely with the clients to understand their requirements and review the opportunities and constraints of each of the farm buildings, proposing options for the buildings future uses, which work for both the client and building.
