Liberty Rose Architects are able to carry out condition surveys of historic buildings. These condition surveys enable the owners or mangers of the historic building to understand the current condition of the existing building, the works required to repair the building and the urgency of these works. If required, we can then work with a quantity surveyor to add costs to the survey.

 

Condition Surveys are bespoke to the building and we understand the reason for having condition surveys carried out varies between building and client, and therefore we vary the level of information provided in the condition survey to meet its required use. We also understand that the audience reading the condition survey will vary and we therefore summaries the information in language suitable for its target audience. 

 

Liberty has previously carried out a number of condition surveys for a range of buildings including; grade I listed National Trust properties and grade I listed churches.
