This is a family home located in Witley, on the outskirts of Godalming in Surrey. Lower Roke, is not listed and its original construction date is unknown, however historical map evidence shows that the property pre-dates 1801 and reference to the land dates back to the 14th century.

Liberty Rose Architects have reviewed the existing property and some details indicate a date of early 17th century.
