Repairs to a high street property

We were initially engaged to carry out a review of the condition of this grade II listed house, which was previously a shop. After understanding the building condition, we have worked closely with the client to develop the details and specification for the repair and thermal improvement of the cottage. We gained the necessary consents and works are on-going to undertake these repairs and improvements.
