Listed Cottage Repairs

This is a grade II listed building in Wexham. The client wanted to understand the full condition of the property to understand the priority of repairs required, so Liberty Rose Architects carried out a full condition survey of the property.

Once the condition survey was completed the client commissioned us to develop a specification and schedule of repairs for the priority works which included re-roofing, review of the Rainwater goods strategy and joinery repairs and redecoration. We assisted in the contractor tender and the works are now completed.
