This is a grade II property located in the Chiltern Hills, it has an interesting history and was originally 6 cottages and in the 1980s was converted into a single residence. The oldest part of the property is a cherry cruck frame which is believed to
date back to the 17th century however the property has been extended and adapted throughout its lifespan.

Liberty Rose Architects gained planning and listed building consent to convert the property into 3 dwellings with 2 rear extensions. We are also detailed an extensive repair scheme to the building. The project was completed in 2025.
