Brick and Flint Cottage

This cottage is situated in the heart of the Chiltern Hills. The cottage is brick and fl int with a timber roof structure. Historically it is believed that this was an agricultural building which was converted. The property is not listed but is located within close proximity to a listed building and with the AONB and greenbelt. We worked with the client to develop options to convert the attic space and add a larger rear extension to the property, increasing the floor area of the building. We gained planning permission in 2021 and the works were completed in 2023.
