Pub Conversion

Liberty Rose Architects have been working closely with the clients of a Surrey Pub to convert the first floor of the grade II listed pub into guest accommodation. We initially carried out a feasibility study, then developed the necessary drawings and documentation for planning and listed building consent. We then develop the package of information for construction, ensuring suitable materials for the listed building. We have been visiting site to review the works and provide advise and guidance where required.
